Be aware of traffic revisions while driving on Discovery Road. Roundabout construction to start Monday, July 17th. Seton will also continue with installing curbs and sidewalk between Park Ave. and Discovery Rd.
Rainer St. trail has been detoured due to roundabout construction. Please follow detour signs.
Seton Construction will be closed on July 3rd and July 4th so there will be no construction work on those days.
Howard St. & Park Avenue intersection will be re-opened for access to Goodwill and the Business Park by the end of day Friday. Please be aware of elevation changes where utilities are as the final pave has not yet been done.
Starting July 5th Seton will be installing subgrade for the roundabout on Discovery Rd. which will include traffic control. They will also be doing watermain testing and finishing up the Joint Utility Trench on Discovery Rd.
Installation of Sidewalk throughout the project will also continue.
Installation of the storm, water and joint utility trench will be installed in the location of the new roundabout. Seton Construction and the concrete subcontractor will continue with installing the curbs.

This week Seton Construction and the City of Port Townsend Water Department will be testing the water main.
Seton will also start grinding the road starting at the Carwash/Remax driveway going north towards 1st American Title. They will also be removing the sidewalk from the 76 Station Howard St. entrance north to Park Ave.
Please note that the Carwash/Remax driveway will remain open.
Work will continue on the utilities this week which will include testing and flushing of the water. Seton will also start demo of the sidewalk and grinding the asphalt.
Seton Construction will finish wrapping up the irrigation sleeving on Howard Street and will start road grading at Park Ave. and Howard Street.
Installation of power vaults and the joint utility trench will continue through this week.
